Experience

Six years of experience designing, industrializing and operating Linux and cloud-native platforms. My path has taken me from support and systems administration to multi-cluster Kubernetes platform architecture, with one constant goal: making environments more reliable, observable and straightforward to operate.

Platform Engineer

Conserto · Permanent contract · Jan. 2026 – Present

Architecture and evolution of a multi-environment Kubernetes platform hosting internal and customer applications on European clouds, from development through production. The role covers structural design decisions, their implementation as Infrastructure as Code and team support through to operations.

Cloud-native architecture and operations

  • Defined the target architecture and platform standards from availability, networking, security, data, cost, operational and sovereignty constraints.
  • Designed the Kubernetes foundations covering private networking, persistent storage, ingress and Gateway API, shared services and environment isolation.
  • Provisioned OVHcloud and Scaleway resources with OpenStack, OpenTofu/Terraform and Terragrunt: S3, volumes, Load Balancers, managed databases, DNS and TLS.
  • Operated multiple clusters with Argo CD, structured GitOps repositories and developed reusable Helm charts.
  • Industrialized deployments with GitLab CI/CD, shared components and progressive delivery strategies using Argo Rollouts.
  • Designed a centralized observability platform with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Alloy, including dashboards, log collection and alerting.

Security and modernization

  • Implemented a DevSecOps-by-design approach using Kyverno, Falco, Trivy Operator, Dependency-Track, CrowdSec and External Secrets Operator.
  • Led Docker Swarm to Kubernetes migrations, redesigning networking, storage, ingress, observability and deployment mechanisms.
  • Scoped modernization and migration paths from hyperscaler environments to European clouds such as OVHcloud and Scaleway.
  • Diagnosed complex incidents, continuously improved the platform and formalized technical architectures and standards.
  • Acted as the DevOps/Platform technical lead for 30 people across 5 project teams, supporting Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD and observability practices.
  • Provisioned GPU-enabled Linux environments for local LLM experiments with Docker and Ollama.

SysOps Engineer

Operational maintenance of a business-critical DMS platform across production and non-production environments, focused on service availability and modernization of operations and deployment pipelines.

  • Administered and operated Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server environments, diagnosing and resolving production incidents.
  • Administered Progress OpenEdge, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, including monitoring, backups, performance and routine operations.
  • Led migrations involving Jenkins, SonarQube, Zabbix and Azure DevOps.
  • Designed and optimized Jenkins pipelines for several business applications, standardizing jobs and integrating quality gates.

DevSecOps Engineer – Consultant

Worked across Conserto’s nine offices on DevOps/SysOps consulting, customer project support and pre-sales activities, while also improving internal infrastructure and tooling.

  • Diagnosed struggling platforms, analyzed root causes and defined remediation plans across Linux, on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Provided technical assistance on infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, monitoring and containerization.
  • Contributed to requirements gathering, technical scoping, effort estimation and the design of cloud, hybrid and cloud-native architectures.
  • Implemented centralized SSO using Keycloak, Azure AD and Active Directory for internal applications.
  • Deployed and operated an internal Kubernetes cluster and non-production platforms running on Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.

Administration and evolution of a shared software factory used by several teams, focused on making delivery pipelines more reliable and modernizing deployments through containerization.

  • Operated the DevOps platform and its production, non-production, integration and internal environments.
  • Migrated legacy applications to Docker and deployed reproducible Docker Swarm stacks.
  • Deployed and administered Harbor, including project and access management, image lifecycle and vulnerability scanning.
  • Built GitLab CI/CD pipelines automating build, test and delivery stages, with SonarQube and Nexus integration.

On-site support and IT administration during Portzamparc’s progressive integration into BNP Paribas standards and infrastructure.

  • Handled L1 to L3 incidents and service requests involving workstations, applications, internal services and network equipment.
  • Prepared, configured and deployed workstations while administering user accounts, Exchange and Office 365.
  • Configured and commissioned Cisco switches, routers and Wi-Fi access points.
